Job ESG Supply Chain Manager (m / f / d)

ESG Supply Chain is part of the central ‘RGP-ESG Supply Chain’ department and is in close interdisciplinary dialogue with the central CSR and CSI departments and the divisions on ESG Supply Chain topics. We are looking for you for:

• Implementation and support of processes
• Development and implementation of an ESG strategy (Environmental Social Governance) as part of the Supply Chains team in close collaboration with other departments and in coordination with company management
• Establishment of KPIs & reporting to ensure the required ESG requirements of the supply chain
• Coordination of ESG reporting in accordance with CSRD and LkSG as well as support for internal and external communication to all Rheinmetall stakeholders

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering or economics or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing and/or supply chain
• Experience in sustainability reporting and legal requirements around ESG topics such as CSRD / CS3D
• Confident handling of MS Office Package - focus on Excel
• Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams
• Experience in reporting and developing decision papers for management
• Very good command of English and business fluent written and spoken German

The position is located in Düsseldorf.
