The product team at HD is developing and creating software products to empower hospitality, restaurant and catering industry and to support them in managing their daily businesses. As the Content Creator for our Knowledge Base you will become a key part of our effort to power this digital transformation for independent HoReCa businesses.## Duties & responsibilities1. Create content e.g. tutorials, FAQ articles and training materials with Adobe Creative Suite2. Be the first contact for all matters concerning the creation of digital support3. Responsible for the exchange with Marketing, Training and Customer Success to bring the digital integration and learning aids to the next level* Fluent in English and French or Dutch; German is beneficial* Experience with maintaining a knowledge base to create content for the hospitality business* It would be great if you also have knowledge and experience creating videos for Youtube and how it works.* Work experience with Adobe Creative Suite* Affinity and enthusiasm for working with stakeholder from the hospitality industry is beneficial
