What We Are Looking For

• Languages : C1/C2-level Danish proficiency; Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Professional Experience : Proven experience in sales or marketing (nice to have).
• Requirements : EU citizenship or a valid Spanish residence card (mandatory).
• Skills : Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, customer-focused mindset, analytical skills to assess and improve campaign performance, team player in a fast-paced environment, drive to exceed targets in productivity, readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Work on digital marketing campaigns for Danish companies, focusing on Google Ads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
• Manage client relationships, deliver value, and contribute to campaign performance improvements.

What We Offer

• Full-Time Role : 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
• Hybrid Work : Flexibility to work remotely and on-site in Barcelona.
• Compensation : Base salary 23,876 - 30,000 gross/year (based on experience); Performance bonus up to 3,408 gross/year.
• Relocation Support : Paid flight ticket and one month of accommodation; assistance with private health insurance and relocation logistics.
• Training : 2–4 weeks of comprehensive onboarding focused on product knowledge and sales strategies.
