As a Joint electromagnetic spectrum operations planner on a team, you’ll assist the client in understanding their electromagnetic operational environment. You’ll serve as an electromagnetic spectrum planner within a Combatant Command to conduct deliberate and contingency planning, analyze functional plan development, and validate, coordinate, and integrate with higher headquarters, components, the DoD, and interagency partners.
You will provide quality and relevant input on electromagnetic spectrum management employment to strategic and operational plans, contingency plans, operations orders, execution orders, fragmentary orders, and strategic operational analysis reports. You’ll apply expertise in electromagnetic spectrum doctrine, operations, policy, and authority, and integrate lessons learned to support senior leader decision‑making for time‑critical recommendations, often under pressure. You will share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring and work closely with the client to deconflict and synchronize frequency and SATCOM planning functions into operations.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary for this position ranges from $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD) depending on location, education, experience, and contract‑specific factors. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
