We already enable thousands of successful deals across more than 60 countries and are scaling toward €100M in annual volume. We’re looking for a driven, tech‑savvy, proactive team player to join us as a Junior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire machinery transaction process from inspection to delivery.
• Identify inefficiencies and boost scalability through automation and AI agent integration.
• Manage international transport logistics and negotiate with third‑party carriers.
• Oversee customs clearance for imports/exports outside the EU.
• Facilitate and supervise international contract closings and money flows.
• Track customer satisfaction and resolve claims quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate seamless handovers to our accounting team.
• Help build a transaction engine capable of handling 2,000+ deals and €100M annually by 2028.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Some relevant work experience from internships or early jobs.
• Native German speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Passionate about improving processes and digging into root causes.
• Tech‑savvy and excited about automation and AI applications.
• Comfortable with numbers and highly structured in your work style.
