This role is part of Setago.io, a small SaaS company in Nürnberg and part of the Phoenix Mecano Group, focusing on digitalizing shopfloor processes through digital work instructions, guided assembly, quality inspections, and revision‑safe evidence, optionally complemented by sensor/ hardware integrations.
Why we need you
We are scaling our lead generation and need to ensure no lead is left behind. You will own sales calls and the closing process, and in weeks with fewer new leads, you will actively secure additional qualified conversations.
Responsibilities
1) Closing & Deal Leadership (approx. 70%)
2) Lead Activation (approx. 30% only in low‑lead phases)
