As a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role at Viato. You will be the first point of contact for our existing customers, providing them with personal and solution-oriented support. You will assist them in using our digital solutions and explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way. Your feedback will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.

Responsibilities

With your strong communication skills, you support our hosts as a host yourself – providing outstanding customer support
In addition, you will introduce our customers to the world of channel management and gladly share your knowledge with them
In addition, you will act as a translator for our technical infrastructure and communicate complex content in an understandable way
Your professional experience is also a great asset to us: your feedback gives new momentum to our technical development

Qualifications

You’re not afraid to get in touch with IT-related topics
Excellent command of German (spoken and written), advanced English skills
You have completed training in the hotel industry or similar
You already have professional experience with common hotel software systems (property management) and online booking portals (e.g. Booking, Airbnb, etc.) in the hospitality industry
