Key responsibilities

• Journal Entries – Prepare and post recurring and ad‑hoc journal entries accurately and in line with accounting standards.
• Month‑End Closing – Manage the monthly closing process, including account clearing, intercompany reconciliation, and reclassifications.
• Accruals & Provisions – Prepare and post accruals, provisions, and related adjustments to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements.
• Fixed Assets Management – Execute period‑end closing activities for fixed assets, including sub‑ledger reconciliations, depreciation runs, and settlements; ensure accuracy of Asset Master Data and Assets under Construction.
• Bank Reconciliation – Perform bank statement reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Intercompany Netting – Carry out intercompany netting and reconciliation processes to maintain alignment across entities.

What we expect from you

• Educational Background – College degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional Experience – Initial experience in accounting, gained through university studies, internships, or early employment.
• Technical Skills – Familiarity with SAP FI is a strong advantage, advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Communication & Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative mindset, comfortable working in an international environment.
• Accuracy & Accountability – High attention to detail with a reliable and responsible work approach.
• Cultural Awareness – Team player with sensitivity to diverse company and country cultures.
• Flexibility – Willingness to travel during the onboarding phase if required.
• Language Skills – Fluent in English and any additional European languages are a plus.
