Location: Hamburg (HH), Düsseldorf (NRW, Remote (Germany)

Your mission

In this role, you will drive the day‑to‑day development of our marketplace business in Italy, covering Amazon as well as additional marketplaces and e‑pharmacies. You will work hands‑on in Seller Central, implement optimisations across listings, content, pricing, and promotions, and steer actions based on key performance metrics.

• You manage and grow our Amazon business in Italy, with a focus on growth, visibility, and profitability.
• You work hands‑on in Amazon Seller Central (e.g., listings, variations, content, deals, pricing, account‑related topics).
• You support the development and management of additional marketplaces and e‑pharmacies in Italy, including coordinating initiatives and execution.
• You coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners (e.g., content, design, supply chain, agencies).
• You identify market and competitor opportunities and drive structured optimisations.
• You track key KPIs, derive actions, and provide clear recommendations.
• You support marketplace initiatives and projects related to the Italian market.

Your profile

• Italian native speaker (required).
• Amazon expertise, especially Seller Central experience (required).
• Relevant experience in e‑commerce, marketplace management, or an Amazon‑focused role.
• Data‑driven mindset, confident working with performance KPIs and translating insights into actions.
• Structured and reliable execution, strong ownership and accountability.
• Clear stakeholder communication, team player, pragmatic problem solver.
• Good English skills for internal collaboration (German optional, depending on team setup).
