Junior AML Sanctions List Analyst (m/f/d) in full time

Overview

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Frankfurt Branch was founded in 1999 with a full banking license. In Germany we are also represented in Dusseldorf, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. We advise Chinese, German and European customers in the financial center Frankfurt and in Europe. For the European ICBC institutions we set up the Euro Clearing Center.

Responsibilities

• Processing of cases in Siron AML System for monitoring and analysis of suspicious transactions
• Processing of sanction screening in the self-developed system by ICBC
• Advise the business departments with regard to KYC as well as legal regulations and obligations to avoid money laundering, terrorist financing and other criminal offenses
• Handling of external regulatory inquiries
• Supporting the general tasks of the AML team

Qualifications

• Ideally bachelor degree or above, graduates of Finance or Legal preferred
• Proficient English and German skills in both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail, strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, motivated and self-confident
