(Junior) Antitrust Compliance Officer (f/m/d)

Join the Deutsche Börse Group as a (Junior) Antitrust Compliance Officer. This role strengthens our antitrust compliance framework and mitigates compliance risks.

Area of work

Work in a team of compliance specialists, conduct risk assessments, define controls, and collaborate with departments to implement an efficient antitrust compliance framework.

Responsibilities

Identify sources of antitrust compliance risk, assess related risks and identify potential areas of non‑compliance.
Review, structure, document, and execute risk‑based mitigating measures under consideration of DBG’s business model, including the review of policies and procedures tailored to DBG’s business model and its related antitrust compliance risks.
Raise awareness for antitrust compliance within DBG, including the preparation of trainings on antitrust compliance matters for employees.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert on antitrust compliance matters.
Prepare antitrust‑related compliance reports and disclosures to senior management.
Work with various group entities and areas exposed to antitrust compliance risk as well as Group Legal to minimise antitrust compliance risks.

Qualifications

University degree in law or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Compliance or Legal, preferably with focus on competition law and/or Compliance Management Systems.
Profound knowledge of EU competition law and related requirements as well as industry best practice.
Strong writing, conceptual and methodological skills, ability to communicate positions in a clear and structured manner.
Ability to work in a team and in a matrix organisation within a multicultural and multi‑location, international environment with high level of initiative, commitment and motivation.
Proficiency in German and English is a must.
