For our Creation Team we are looking for an (Junior) Art Director (m/f/d) Motion Design to support the team part‑time (approx. 20 hours) . The Creation team develops innovative event and engagement concepts for our clients. The focus lies upon the symbiosis of technology and creative concept. We create holistic design concepts in diverse disciplines: Corporate Design, motion design, 3D art work as well as creative room layouts. Your workplace can be in one of our offices in the centre of Rosenheim or at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich , or you can work flexibly from home .

THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT

• Conceptualize and execute motion, AI, and graphic design projects for virtual and live events, ensuring visually compelling outcomes from concept to final delivery
• Lead own projects , delivering designs on time and aligned with creative strategy, brand identity, and quality standards
• Create and direct storyboards, design frames, visual concepts, and narrative structures for motion design, 3D animations, and cross‑media content
• Manage on‑ and offline design productions, keeping an eye on aesthetic quality, consistency, and technical excellence across all deliverables
• With your motion‑and‑design‑led approach, enhance and refine visual communication concepts
• Contribute innovative visual ideas , exploring new styles, techniques, and trends in motion graphics, 3D design, and contemporary graphic design
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, creative teams, and external partners , translating design needs into visual solutions
• Availability of approx. 20 hours per week , ideally spread across 5 days
• Completed education in film/motion design, media communication, or graphic design
• 2–3 years of professional motion design experience , knowledge of the event industry is a plus
• Passion for moving images, storytelling and innovative technologies , with a strong sense for aesthetics, typography and visual trends
• Advanced skills in motion design tools (e.g. After Effects , Blender , Runway , etc.) and ideally modern AI‑driven creative workflows
• Confident in independent conceptual and hands‑on work from idea to final delivery, including reliable performance under tight deadlines
• Expertise in innovative creative technologies and AI‑powered design processes
• Competence in graphic design, layout, logo and key visual development , plus basic knowledge of print production and final artwork preparation
• High level of quality awareness, structure and flexibility in dynamic project environments
• Excellent communication skills in English; German as well as additional languages are a plus
