Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements
• Support process analysis and optimization
• Conduct workshops and requirement clarification sessions
• Translate requirements into user stories
• Participate in functional testing activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience in software development projects
• Understanding of Back Office processes
• Financial services experience is an advantage
• Leasing process knowledge is a plus
