Our client is a leading global automotive and mobility organization with a strong presence across Europe and worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements
• Support process optimization for claims and service workflows
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories
• Support functional testing

Requirements:

• 3+ years of BA experience
• Experience in process analysis and requirements engineering
• Financial services or insurance experience preferred
• Leasing processes knowledge is a plus

Nice to have:

• JIRA, Confluence
• SAFe
• SOFICO Miles
