Responsibilities / Tasks

Your Role Make an Impact

As a (Junior) Claim Manager you will play a key role in helping our project teams manage contracts and optimize outcomes. This role is perfect if you enjoy analyzing challenges, collaborating across teams and contributing to solutions .

You will:

• Support the management and resolution of claims deviations and scope changes
• Analyze contract documents to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Prepare clear documentation, reports and negotiation materials
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Legal teams
• Contribute to claim management strategies and help implement best practices
• Gain hands‑on experience in national and international projects

Education & Experience

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field
• Or completed commercial apprenticeship with advanced vocational qualifications
• Additional training in project or contract management is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is welcomed but ambitious juniors are encouraged to apply

Skills & Strengths

• Strong analytical and structured working style
• Technical understanding and a business‑oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English (B2‑C1)
• Confident solution‑focused approach to challenges
• Openness to regular travel within Germany and occasional international trips
