Retail Match, part of the ILG Group, is a value‑add specialist for commercial real estate – a Match Maker and sit‑center manager. As a Match Maker we generate activity, create offers and increase rent. As a sit‑center manager we take care of tenants, landlords and the local community on site.

We are looking for a full‑time (Junior-) Commercial Income Manager / Match Maker (m/w/d) – Kurzzeitvermietung to market our attractive advertising and parking spaces at the Düsseldorf or Munich locations.

Responsibilities

• Market attractive advertising and parking spaces at high‑traffic locations for various temporary concepts such as food trucks, pop‑up stores, promotions, kiosks, vending machines or events.
• Negotiate framework agreements with tenants and support implementation at the respective sites.
• Handle new rentals or lease renewals with existing tenants and independently manage the negotiation process to closing.
• Develop and implement standards for short‑term and interim leasing.
• Acquire new sites and tenant partners.
• Continuously optimise processes.
• Actively research and outreach potential tenants (national/international).
• Organise and conduct site visits.
• Prepare and produce high‑quality marketing and presentation materials such as exposés and advertising collateral.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in sales, retail, and/or real‑estate management is an advantage.
• Completed commercial or real‑estate training (e.g., Immobilienkauffrau / Kaufmann) or a university degree.
• Strong sales orientation, enthusiasm, and high commitment.
• Initiative, teamwork, and a confident presentation style.
• Willingness to travel and a valid German driver’s licence are required for site visits.
• Motivation to contribute to process improvements.
• Service mindset and communicative skills.
