Junior Community Manager (all genders)

Highsnobiety is seeking a Junior Social Media Community Manager to support our in-house agency.

We're looking for a creative, and social media-obsessed individual to assist with community and content management, as well as reporting for our clients’ social media accounts.

As a Community Manager, you live and breathe social media and know the talents, trends, and movements shaping social in the fashion, youth culture, and lifestyle spheres. You should have flawless comprehension of spoken and written English and a knack for writing witty social copy. Ideally, you also bring knowledge and experience in editorial writing.

In addition to a passion for social media, the ideal candidate will have experience in community management and a proven track record of working closely with social media channels. This includes ideating content, creating reports, and managing an account’s community in a professional capacity.

Your Mission

• Monitor key clients’ global social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) daily, responding to comments, DMs, and conversations happening in the community.
• Cultivate our clients’ following by fostering interactions with the online community.
• Understand the nuances of the brand’s tone of voice and personality, and engage with followers while writing captions using witty, poignant copy.
• Interact with clients to coordinate copy and asset sign-off.
• Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule using tools such as Sprout.
• Pull top-line performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Your Skills

• 1–2+ years in a similar social media and community management role.
• An obsession with social media and knowledge of the latest social trends.
• Deep understanding of pop culture – you’re plugged into the latest trends and conversations.
• A knack for witty, insightful copy and high cultural sensitivity.
• Experience in scheduling, managing, and publishing social media content.
• Experience working with clients and in cross-functional teams.
• A professional demeanor and highly committed work ethic.
• A highly organized and proactive approach to your work.

Bonus

Familiarity with Sprout, Asana, Capcut, Photoshop/InDesign.
