We develop innovative data & AI solutions for all business areas and fields of activity. We empower people at all skill levels with our data & AI education formats. In short: We support companies in all aspects of digital transformation - for more than 10 years, in over 1000 data & AI projects and for over 100 customers from almost all industries. Since 2011, we have already trained over 15,000 people worldwide in the areas of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning at our statworx AI Academy. From small training units & entry-level programs to long-term and global training concepts and data culture initiatives for our customers in the DAX environment, we offer a diverse and tailor-made portfolio. Our aim is to always have an eye on the latest trends (currently including Generative AI, Large Language Models and Data Culture) and to constantly develop our training methods. We are currently looking to expand our team and training offerings.

Your tasks

• Youwill supporttheconception,preparationandimplementationoftrainingcourses,workshopsande-learningformatsrelatingtodatascience,machinelearningandartificialintelligence
• Youwillactivelyparticipateinthedevelopmentandupdatingoftrainingcontentontopicssuchasdataliteracy,dataculture, generative AI,machinelearning,agenticAIorLLMs
• As part of exciting consulting projects, you will support the introduction and promotion of a data-oriented corporate culture
• You help organize hackathons, events and change management initiatives and accompany them on site or remotely
• You Will work closely with experienced consultants and data scientists in the team and benefit from their shared expertise

Your profile

• You have a completed or ongoing degree in a STEM subject, economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained some practical experience in the field of data science, machine learning, AI or further education (e.g. through internships, working student activities, projects)
• You are enthusiastic about data, AI and innovative learning formats
• You have knowledge in at least one of the following areas Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Literacy or Data Culture
• You are interested in current AI tools and trends (e.g. ChatGPT, LLMs, prompt engineering)
• You have very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• Your strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of working with people round off your profile
