About you

• Completed studies in communication, media, journalism, marketing, or equivalent.
• Completion of a trainee program or initial work experience in a communications environment (e.g., PR agency, corporate communication, editorial).
• Outstanding writing skills and a strong sense of language, brands, and media.
• Interest in creative communication, design, and the agency world.
• Active, structured work approach and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

The Tasks

• Press and media work: Support in planning and implementing external communication—from press releases to case storytelling and media inquiries and interviews.
• Corporate storytelling: Contribute to the strategic development of Jung von Matt's brand communication with a clear sense of tone, design, and relevance.
• Content creation: Produce texts and content for social media, websites, and internal platforms (e.g., intranet, agency meetings).
• Internal communication: Assist with internal communication formats, Monday meetings, and topics related to culture and employer branding.
• Monitoring & reporting: Observe the media landscape, evaluate communication measures, and create reports.
• Project work: Collaborate on communication campaigns, events, and corporate projects.
