Are you ready to drive strategic transformation in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a motivated early-career professional to join our Corporate Development team, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer.

Your Impact:

You will support and execute key strategic initiatives at group level.
You act as a trusted partner to business units, facilitating alignment and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic priorities.
You build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and driving change.
You will analyze market trends and business opportunities to provide actionable insights.
You contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and frameworks for strategy execution.
You support M&A activities and financial modelling when needed.

Your Profile:

University degree in business, economics, or a related field; additional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CVA) are a plus.

At least two years of relevant experience in strategy, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or a similar environment.

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication abilities.

A collaborative team player who values diversity and thrives in cross-functional settings.

Fluent in English, written and spoken.
