As our Junior CRM Manager, you will support the success and growth of our CRM channels including email, app push, and WhatsApp, across the three DACH markets. Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and optimisation of initiatives that support customer loyalty and drive growth.
In this role, you will be hands‑on with campaign deliveries and learning how to make messages relevant and compelling for different customer groups. A key part of your position will be analysing campaign performance, identifying the right audiences, and developing personalised experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate across functions, gain exposure to strategic decision‑making, and play an important part in shaping the channel’s future development.
This position is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career, eager to grow and develop towards a more strategic CRM marketing role.
