Mit den Daten aus der FWW-Fondsdatenbank unterstützt FWW-Fondsberater und Anleger dabei, fundierte Anlageentscheidungen zu treffen.

Wir suchen ab sofort für den Ausbau unseres Teams in Haar bei München Customer Success Manager - Data Solutions (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit.

Sie helfen unseren Kunden dabei, die Fonddaten von der Fondsgesellschaft in geregelten Formaten zu ISS FWW zu übermitteln.

Dazu bedarf es der schriftlichen und telefonischen Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.

Auerdem sind Sie verantwortlich für die Koordination und Überwachung der Pflege von Daten und Dokumenten zu Investmentfonds.

Ihr Profil:

·       Genaue, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch

·       Offene, kommunikative Art

·       Spaß am Austausch mit Kunden

·       Teamfähigkeit

·       Logisches, kundenorientiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denken

·       Technisches Grundverständnis

·       Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung / After Sales

·       Interesse am Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

·       Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Eigenmotivation

·       Deutsch und Englisch in Sprache und Schrift

·       Idealerweise Erfahrungen/Ausbildung im Finanzbereich
