Junior Data Product Manager (m/f/d) – Raisin

Your Responsibilities

• Data Discovery & Understanding: Explore the company’s data landscape to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and new opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders to translate their data needs into product initiatives.
• Product Execution & Delivery: Turn business needs into clear product requirements and actionable user stories, writing, refining and prioritising tickets in collaboration with engineering for smooth, on‑time delivery.
• Backlog Management & Grooming: Own the product backlog—define acceptance criteria, maintain clarity and prioritisation, and run sprint planning and refinement sessions.
• Cross‑Functional Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on progress, priorities and trade‑offs, making complex data topics understandable and actionable for business partners.
• Roadmap Support & Planning: Contribute to the product roadmap and quarterly OKRs, aligning data product goals with broader company objectives.
• Feature Implementation & Quality: Collaborate with engineers to build and validate dashboards, models and data features with a focus on usability, performance and accuracy.
• Governance & Best Practices: Support data governance, quality and compliance initiatives, helping to establish standards that ensure trust and reliability in company data.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyse product impact, gather feedback and iterate quickly to drive measurable business outcomes.

Your Profile

• Must haves:
  • 1+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 2+ years working on or with technology‑powered products in product‑adjacent areas (e.g., development, operations)
  • Hands‑on expertise in data analytics and enabling data‑driven decisions
  • Eagerness to learn and grow skills in data products and familiarity with Raisin’s business domain
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple topics in a fast‑moving environment
• Nice to haves:
  • Basic understanding of data infrastructure components such as Snowflake and Looker
  • Experience leading a cross‑functional team of engineers
  • Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an analytical discipline)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • A proactive, problem‑solving approach
  • Interest in learning the fintech domain – no prior experience required
