We are looking for you to start as a:
Junior Designer Color/Material Footwear (f/m/x)
with main focus on color to further amplify the team in our Petershausen Design Studio.

Join our Design Collective of Product-Designers, 3D experts and the Color/Material-Team to shape the future of Outdoor.
- Create color stories for our OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR range from TRAILRUNNING to HIKING, TREKKING, MOUNTAINEERING, KIDS and PROFESSIONAL
- Collect trend research information related to color, material, styles and consumers in the outdoor footwear sector
- Co-create the look and feel of our Footwear collection within the x-functional product creation team of Designers / Product Managers / Developers.
- Apply the color stories to the footwear models of the seasonal range and prepare data sheets for prototype production
- Assist in the maintenance of the material and color libraries
- Travel with the team, visit trade shows, collaborate with suppliers, work with our global sales organization and our network of collaboration partners
- Get engaged into the workflow with our various market locations to tailor the product offerings towards the respective market opportunities
Your skills and requirements:
- Successful degree in product-design, automotive-design, fashion design or similar
- Vital interest and understanding in color, material, design and fashion
- Interest in outdoor sports and outdoor lifestyle
- Ability to visualize color concepts and materialization
- Good knowledge of Illustrator and other Adobe programs
- Good written and verbal German and English skills
- Aspiration to work in a team
- Sense of responsibility and result oriented thinking
