Automation Factory GmbH is a young technology company with 15 employees focused on process automation. Founded in 2020, we are growing and support our clients from strategy development through analysis of individual business processes to the implementation and operation of automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop RPA solutions for clients with UiPath and Python as part of a team
Implement processes in coordination with RPA Solution Architects
Lead and later independently accompany Go Live of projects with activities such as UAT, testing, documentation and hypercare

Qualifications

Initial experience and technical knowledge from IT projects, ideally in automation or RPA
Analytical thinking and quick comprehension for analyzing and implementing processes across diverse client departments
A passion for continuous improvement and development
Team player with honest communication and supportive collaboration
