Job Requirements

• A keen eye for detail and a structured, logical approach to work.

• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS, or a willingness to learn.

• Interest in digital learning, UX, content management, or design.

• Patience and precision when working with text, templates, or systems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the creation and formatting of e-learning courses using our specialised authoring platform.

• Structuring content clearly and logically to support learner engagement.

• Integrating media assets (text, graphics, audio) into course templates.

• Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality of course materials.

• Learning how digital learning content is built and maintained in a professional environment.
