This is a temporary position to cover parental leave, which is expected to last until July 15, 2027.

• manage and lead correspondence with and support of freelancers and agency partners in digital marketing matters
• support in preparation of digital marketing country plans for European countries and content calendars
• international social media content management, handling of multinational content distribution and media strategy
• digital marketing onboarding and workshops
• preparation of project briefings, status presentations and follow-ups of budget and meetings
• control of and participation in projects, monitoring the progress as well as ensuring a successful completion (debrief)
• validate, check and process owned digital marketing activities (QA) and adapt to local market needs
• evaluation of current and future digital marketing opportunities in the markets
• planning, organization and implementation of partner and customer visits
• website management of all international pages

• Degree or completed apprenticeship in the field of business / communication or comparable focus of studies
• At least 1 years experience in digital marketing at an FMCG company in an international / global capacity
• Market- and target group oriented thinking combined with a good understanding of 360‑degree marketing & comms activations
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
• International mindset and experience in an international / global brand environment working with multiple stakeholders in multiple countries
• MS Office and digital marketing tracking tools
• Some experience with Photoshop or AI
• Strong communication and project management skills
