Junior Electrical Engineer – Grid Integration

The Role

As a Junior Electrical Engineer , you will play a key role in the technical integration of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Solar PV projects into the German grid. You will work alongside a senior team of experts who will support your development, provide mentorship, and help you build strong technical foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the grid connection design and analysis for large-scale PV and BESS projects
• Assist in electrical design work for utility-scale BESS systems
• Coordinate with grid operators and contribute to connection applications
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and electrical calculations
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, project managers, and external partners
• Contribute to grid impact studies, compliance documentation, and connection planning

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Interest in renewable energy, power systems, and grid integration
• Basic understanding of electrical design principles
• Willingness to learn and grow within a specialist team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• German or English proficiency (both preferred)
