In 2023, we became the lead consultant and On-Site Operations Manager for Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET)—Germany’s state-owned terminal operator, created to respond to the national energy supply challenges triggered by the Ukraine crisis.

• Assisting in the daily flow of project management, tracking tasks, risk assessments, and cross-team coordination.
• Joining site visits and on-site meetings to see engineering in action.
• Supporting quality assurance, safety, and environmental efforts—because doing it right matters.
• Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and authorities to keep projects moving.
• Help with permitting processes and liaising with government agencies.
• Diving into research and analysis to support smart engineering decisions.
• Be the go-to support for our experienced engineering and project management team.

• A master’s degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, or electrical engineering (or similar)
• 0–3 years of experience in engineering or technical roles—ideally in energy or infrastructure
• A strong desire to learn and grow across multiple functions
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English and German (other languages = bonus points)
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed
