For our Project Team we are looking for a (Junior) Event Project Manager (m/f/d) . The Proske project managers are experts in strategic meeting management – for virtual solutions as well as live‑marketing programs. The service portfolio ranges from trustful client consulting, conceptual design, solution‑focused implementation to analytical evaluation of our meetings. Your workplace can be in one of our offices in the centre of Rosenheim or at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich , or you can work flexibly from home .

THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT

• As an organizational talent, you independently plan and implement national and international events in various event formats with the focus of this project team being on congress and conference management
• You are an experienced consultant to clients and stakeholders
• In participant management as well as in contact with our service providers you demonstrate your strong people skills
• You know exactly when and how to manage invitations, participants, and registrations and always keep an eye on the project timeline
• During the entire project, you keep an eye on the budget , prepare and analyze reports as part of project controlling and also take over the project closure
• You travel to our (inter‑)national events and provide competent on‑site support to our clients as well as participants
• University degree or apprenticeship in event management, project management, hospitality or similar careers
• First relevant experience in event organization, preferably corporate meetings and events
• Strong communication , negotiation and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office ; first experience with event management tools (e.g., Cvent) is a plus
• Knowledge of current trends in the event industry
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken); further language skills would be a plus
• Willingness to travel (inter-)nationally
