We have a vibrant opportunity for you to explore: our next Junior Events Producer to join the European Marketing team in Munich.

Wondering what this role is all about Lets dive in :

• Support the marketing team with daily event-related processes and coordination.
• Assist in planning and executing exhibitions and events across Europe.
• Help develop promotional materials and ensure timely logistics for giveaways and exhibits.
• Be present onsite during events to ensure smooth execution and brand representation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact experiences.
• Contribute to Sungrows mission of powering Europe sustainably through engaging customer experiences.

Your profile

That sounded exciting right? Now we want to make sure you feel confident and happy in your role. Ideally you bring the following background:

• Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
• Creative mindset with a proactive and hands‑on attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Detail‑oriented and resilient under pressure.
• Excellent communication and team spirit.
• Prior experience in event coordination is a plus.
• English and German C1; other European languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with social media CMS tools guest management platforms and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn and grow within the cleantech industry.
• Based in Munich.
