We are looking for a Finance Project Manager who will support us with our systems and processes in the Freenow Finance department. Step into a pivotal role where you'll spearhead the strategic evolution of our Finance and IT systems! This is your chance to drive critical Business Central onboarding, own end-to-end project timelines, and unleash your deep project management expertise. Responsibilities

Project manage the end‑to‑end roll‑out of Finance systems to new international subsidiaries.
Oversee and govern the integrity of Finance Master Data within the ERP system (Business Central).
Serve as the key liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT, translating complex accounting requirements into effective Business Central system solutions.
Manage the technical set‑up and implementation of critical CSV Ports and system interfaces.
Drive the continuous improvement and documentation of the end‑to‑end accounting processes and the associated system landscape.
Provide specialized system support for key Finance operations, including monthly group reporting, external audits, and the dunning process.

Requirements

You have a proven track record in successful IT‑related project management.
You have successfully completed a degree in information technology or business administration/accounting; a combination of both is advantageous.
You have at least 4 years of experience working with Business Central in finance and IT, ideally in an international tech company.
You have a profound knowledge of accounting.
You have an analytical mindset, good problem solving skills and are able to manage several tasks at the same time.
You are able to manage multiple stakeholders and lead stand‑up meetings; good communication skills.
Development and debugging knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
Fluent English is mandatory.
