- You actively contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings under IFRS and local GAAP, quickly building deep expertise
- You support the management of our international entities and gain exposure to global finance structures
- You contribute to intercompany reconciliations, reporting, and analyses, understanding how numbers drive decision‑making
- You take on ad‑hoc topics and gradually grow into a broader role beyond pure accounting
- You support audits, tax‑related topics, and billing processes, gaining exposure across the full finance spectrum
- You actively contribute to the optimization and automation of financial processes
- You collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders, developing a strong sense for the bigger picture
- You evolve from an operational role into a well‑rounded finance professional with increasing responsibility and exposure to controlling
Your Skills:
- You have initial experience in accounting (approx. 2 years) and a solid understanding of accounting processes (AP, AR, General Ledger)
- You have worked with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Navision, or SAP
- For you, numbers are more than just bookings – you want to understand and challenge the bigger picture
- You work in a structured way, think proactively, and take ownership
- You are confident working in an international environment and communicate fluently in German and English
- You are eager to grow and want to develop beyond traditional accounting towards Finance / Controlling
- You have a hands‑on mentality and prefer taking action over just executing tasks
