We’re now looking for a Junior FOH Operations Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Central Front-of-House (FOH) Operations team as a data-driven, operational problem-solver.
In this critical role, you’ll ensure our central FOH operations run smoothly and efficiently by supporting forecasting, performance tracking, and payroll accuracy. You'll serve as the key point of contact for Studio Managers and FOH staff on payroll-related matters, while driving scalable processes that support our continued growth.
This position is perfect for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and thrives on working with data to create clarity and drive operational excellence within our FOH Operations.

You will:
FOH Forecasting & Workforce Planning

Own and maintain FOH forecasting tools to support staffing and operational planning.
Collaborate closely with Studio Managers to ensure forecasts are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Partner with city teams and FOH Recruiting to derive hiring targets and workforce planning needs.

FOH Efficiency Management

Continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficiency reports.
Monitor and ensure optimal utilization of FOH staff according to contractual hours and budget.
Oversee timely submission of time-tracking by FOH staff and approval by Studio Managers.
Ensure accurate location-level time-tracking to enable cost tracking and reporting.
Process and manage contract change requests (e.g., working hours adjustments) in alignment with city teams.
Onboard and train new Studio Managers on shift planning and workforce best practices.

Payroll Operations & Reporting

Build and maintain FOH payroll and performance reports for operational decision-making.
Support the People Team in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
Act as the main contact for payroll inquiries from Studio Managers and FOH staff.
Facilitate regular FOH Payroll Review meetings with relevant stakeholders.

As BEAT81 continues to scale, you may also contribute to other initiatives across the broader FOH Operations landscape, such as:

Staff Development Programs: Supporting initiatives that promote growth, training, and career development for FOH team members.
Quality and Performance Tracking: Implementing systems to monitor FOH service quality and individual/team performance across locations.
Process Automation & Scalability: Identifying and executing opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and build scalable operational solutions.

You have:

1-2 years of experience in operations, payroll, HR data analysis, or a related field - ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with workforce performance management in shift-based environments.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience creating and maintaining operational reports.
Fluency in English (required); German is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, organized approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive accountability.
Industry background in hospitality, fitness, delivery, or restaurant operations is a strong plus.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Collaborative team player committed to smooth and efficient operations.

Nice to have:

Basic understanding of German labor law
SQL knowledge
