Junior Fund Controller

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fund Controller to join our finance team at ACE Alternatives. In this role, you’ll support the financial reporting and controlling processes for our client funds, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely performance insights.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in fund accounting, audit coordination, cash management, and financial data handling, making this an ideal opportunity to launch or grow your career in fund finance within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Support the preparation of quarterly IFRS-based investor reports and annual financial statements under GAAP
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of fund performance
• Assist the Head of Fund Controlling with fund audits and coordination with external auditors
• Help supervise fund cash operations including capital calls, distributions, and cash monitoring
• Contribute to maintaining strong internal control systems for data accuracy and asset protection
• Collaborate with investment teams to support deal execution and monitor post-investment performance
• Support ESG-related data collection and reporting processes
• Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
• Act as a contact point for investor financial inquiries
• Support the fund team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects
