Your Role and Daily Tasks

• Manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms.

• Analyze key performance data, identify insights, and propose improvement strategies.

• Build keyword strategies, set bids, and manage budgets for maximum ROI.

• Deliver high-quality reports and performance analyses to internal teams and clients.

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them toward better digital outcomes.

• Contribute to process improvements and share optimization best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Native-level or fluent German (C1–C2) and strong English (B2+).

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service skills.

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card.

• Availability to relocate to Lisbon soon.
