2+ years of experience with Stibo STEP development and customization , including data model/configurations, workflow, business rule development, STEP WebUI configuration.
Strong proficiency in Java/JavaScript, data modeling, and RDBMS systems such as Oracle.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience with system integration and API development using Webservices, XML, JSON, and REST.
Self-motivated and possesses Self-Learning capabilities and is an effective team player.
