Tasks

Quality Checks and Data Validation with Business stakeholders

• Perform detailed data checks using advanced Excel functions and Power Query, macros
• Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing fields, and mapping conflicts
• Execute business rules, mapping rules, pay structure checks, and picklist alignment
• Prepare and communicate validation reports to business stakeholders
• Organize and lead business validation calls to review data discrepancies
• Explain data issues and transformation logic clearly to business users (C1 German required)
• Coordinate data sign-off activities for each migration cycle

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree
• German C1 – mandatory (daily communication with business stakeholders)
• Strong English proficiency
• 3+ years of Excel data analysis (Power Query, Pivot Tables)
• Experience in data validation and large-scale data handling
• Ability to identify structural data issues

• Understanding data mapping, rules, field-level transformations, picklists
• 2+ years of SAP HCM basics (data structures & infotypes); 1+ year of SuccessFactors (portlets, objects) - nice to have
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
