In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

As part of our e-commerce team, you will support the expansion and optimisation of our affiliate marketing activities across various European markets. With your analytical mindset and passion for digital marketing, you will make a significant contribution to increasing revenue and strengthening brand awareness.

• Plan, manage and optimise affiliate marketing activities and budgets to achieve revenue and conversion targets in defined markets
• Set up campaigns, promotions and product data feeds and continuously optimise them to improve performance
• Analyse campaign results, derive actionable recommendations and make data-driven decisions to improve CRR and conversion rates
• Maintain and further develop relationships with networks, agencies and key partners
• Work closely with internal teams from Display, SEA/PSM, Social Commerce, CRM, Data & MarTech to ensure integrated campaigns
• Monitor market and technology trends, identify optimisation potentials and drive automation in day-to-day operations
• Take responsibility for regularly reviewing sales data and ensuring correct invoicing and commission payments

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Successfully completed studies in marketing, communications, e-commerce or a comparable field
• Ideally several years of professional experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
• Experience working with affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN, EasyMarketing), Adobe Analytics, web tracking and MS Excel
• Solid understanding of relevant performance marketing KPIs and strong analytical thinking skills
• Project management skills and a strong sense for market and customer trends
• High level of initiative, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams
• Good German and English language skills
