YOUR MISSION
- Support the execution of the European Teamsport Apparel merchandising strategy by aligning regional assortments with global directives and preparing analytical inputs that drive brand heat, demand, and range efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating the GoToMarket process by maintaining calendars, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth information flow with category marketing.
- Contribute to merchandising plans and assortments through data collection, analysis, and initial recommendations based on global initiatives, channel needs, and consumer insights.
- Support localization of global assortments, guidelines, and tools by updating templates, validating item lists, and adapting inputs to European market requirements.
- Maintain regional product price lists by supporting updates, ensuring system accuracy, and coordinating changes aligned with global guidance.
- Assist in range efficiency reviews and commercial deal analysis across Europe, assessing processes, revenue, ROI, and identifying assortment synergies.
- Consolidate forecasts from channels, support financial midterm planning, and assist in documentation and cross-functional coordination with Global Product, Sales, ECom, Retail, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Gather consumer and market insights, support creation of workbooks and sell‑in materials, and update weekly performance reports to highlight key trends.
- Support forecast preparation, maintain merchandising tools and processes, and assist with profitability tracking, catalogue updates, SMU steps, pricing, ERP updates, and showroom preparation.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting onboarding, knowledge sharing, GTM material preparation, and presentations for Sales and Marketing meetings.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- First internship or working‑student experience in merchandising, product management, buying, planning, or category management within retail, wholesale, lifestyle, or sporting goods.
- Basic exposure to assortment planning, forecasting, pricing, or seasonal calendars, ideally gained in an international or cross‑functional environment.
- Familiarity with global‑to‑local product processes, GTM cycles, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Global Product teams.
- Hands‑on experience with Excel and initial exposure to ERP/PLM, PIM tools, or merchandising planning systems.
- Good understanding of European consumer behavior, market differences, and channel dynamics (Wholesale, E‑Com, Retail).
- Experience supporting preparation of product catalogs, price lists, sales tools, or GTM materials is considered a plus.
