Junior Manager (mfd) Strategy & Value Creation

In this role you will directly engage with the SIXT Senior Leadership. You will be part of a strong team of former strategy consultants with significant mobility expertise who lead efficiency and optimization projects across the entire SIXT value chain. You will not only be involved in defining and executing the SIXT Strategy but also create value by working closely with the SIXT Matrix and Country Organization across all seniority levels. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You perform in-depth analyses to determine challenges and opportunities and draw conclusions leading to value creation projects
• You work with stakeholders in operational as well as leadership positions and act as a sparring partner and challenger drawing on the analyses you have conducted
• You detail initiatives drive their progress and monitor outcomes
• You create financial models and leadership presentations and present your findings to the leadership team
• You engage in competitive macro and industry trend analyses derive implications and work on practical solutions for SIXT
• You are responsible for project modules and drive them E2E with your team

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have gained first experience or done internships at a top-tier Strategy Consultancy and / or Investment Bank
• Education You hold a Master or MBA degree in business or economics from a renowned University and graduated among the top of your class
• Skills You are proficient in the consulting tool kit and hence bring analytical problem solving presentation and storytelling skills to the table
• Language You are fluent in English and German with strong proficiency in a third relevant language being a plus
• Spirit You are highly motivated thrive in a dynamic team setting and value respectful and productive collaboration
