• Contribute to ensure efficient system operations (e. g. within the monthly closing or Forecasting processes), in close collaboration with the Director Systems & Processes.
• Manage and maintain master data & reporting solutions across various platforms.
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of key operational systems and processes for planning and closing (SAP BCS and SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Align with relevant stakeholders from the Controlling community and IT, closing the gap between business requirements and technical solution.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of new systems currently being rolled out at Fresenius Kabi within the Finance departments.
• Actively contribute to the digitalization strategy by identifying and supporting opportunities for process optimization and automation.

• A university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong willingness to learn and explore new topics and technologies
• First experience or familiarity with BCS, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (AfO), or any other front-end system is desirable, ideally in a key user role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential
• A deeper understanding for business processes is required (especially in the Finance & Controlling environment such as planning and month end closing)
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, are a must
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
