To support our team in Munich, we are looking for a dedicated Junior Medical AI Project Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or support the management of medical AI projects from planning to completion.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of medical device regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Plan and moderate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

• Initial work experience in medical technology / medical device development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Medicine, (Bio-)Medical Engineering, Computer Science, AI & Data Science).
• First experience in project management, preferably focused on medical AI projects (desired but not required).
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in medical device regulations (e.g., MDR, FDA) is a plus.
• Experience in B2B collaboration with hospitals and/or physicians is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Fluent or proficient German and English skills (B2 level or higher).
