Junior / Middle Sales Manager

Required skills:

● Experience in selling IT services in the Western markets is a must;

● Fluent German speaker (English is a plus);

● Knowledge of software development process, modern technologies, project management methodologies and current trends;

● Strong analytical skills;

● High learning abilities.

Responsibilities:

● Prospect for potential new clients;

● Contacting prospects generated by the marketing team, identifying the opportunities and initiating new business with them;

● Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential and current clients;

● Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM;

● Participate in pricing the solution/prepare sales materials and proposals;

● Working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs;

● Handling negotiations and closing the deals;

● Develop and maintain potential client database;

● Define strategy and achieve sales targets.
