Responsibilities

Assist in the design, installation, and configuration of network systems
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Configure and support network security tools, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and patch management systems
Collaborate with the senior network team to resolve complex
Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to stay current with networking technology advancements
Work with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and continuous network operations

Requirements

Network administration and support experience
Knowledge of Routing Protocols, Switching, Firewall Fundamentals
Ideally experience with Cisco, Aruba or Sophos network devices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical colleagues
Proficiency in English, with German language skills being advantageous
Drivers license
