This role involves managing new and ongoing implementation projects, ensuring the expansion of our active parking spaces, and collaborating with various teams to optimize processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Technical planning of parking hardware placement
• Coordination of internal and external resources
• Planning installations and maintenance, solving on-site issues
• Technical customer management and project coordination
• Continuous process improvement and KPI reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or similar
• 1-3 years experience in project management or operations
• Technical affinity, spatial awareness, and a hands-on mentality
• Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
• Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English
