As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, your role goes far beyond running campaigns on Facebook. You will be part of a tech-driven, cross-functional setup where engineers and data experts collaborate to build a cutting‑edge, automated performance marketing machine - pushing the boundaries of what traditional social ads can achieve.
You will take ownership in scaling and optimising our advertising setup, directly contributing to the next phase of growth for our talent marketplace.
In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 40.000 - 55.000 €. Your personal development and promotion opportunities are also guaranteed with us.
Drive performance and growth through effective campaign setup and optimisation, while continuously identifying new opportunities based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CR - always with a data-driven mindset.
Contribute to our success by launching and optimizing A/B tests with the goal of maximizing ROAS and delivery performance.
Shape our evolving structure together with senior colleagues and our state‑of‑the‑art data science team to deliver the best possible match between talent and job ads.
Actively contribute to our AI‑native setup by leveraging LLMs and automated workflows to enhance the quality and scalability of analyses and optimisations.
Bring numbers to life by supporting ongoing and ad hoc reporting, connecting the dots to understand your impact and helping others uncover actionable insights.
Support the implementation of tracking requirements, including standard events and custom parameters, to ensure optimal integration between event tracking and catalog feed signals.
