Junior Performance Marketing Manager B2B SaaS (all genders)

Your Mission
As Junior Performance Marketing Manager , you’ll support and gradually take ownership of our paid acquisition channels. Your main focus will be Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads – driving high‑quality B2B leads for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the basics of paid ads and now wants to grow fast in a real B2B SaaS environment with clear KPIs, mentoring, and responsibility.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor performance daily (CPC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS)
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimize budgets based on performance and pipeline impact
- Optimize campaigns along the full funnel (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU)
- Analysis & Reporting (Track performance using GA4, ad platforms, and CRM data)
- Work closely with Content, Design, and Product Marketing
- Create landing pages for paid campaigns
What You Bring
- First hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads (internship, working student role, junior position, or own projects)
- Strong interest in B2B marketing and SaaS
- Analytical mindset and love for numbers and a structured, reliable way of working
- Very good German level (B2+)
- First experience with B2B lead gen or SaaS funnels
- Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization
Performance Marketing Basics
- Solid understanding of paid advertising fundamentals (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, ROAS)
- Hands‑on experience with at least one major ad platform: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
- Basic knowledge of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and budgets
B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
- Understanding of B2B lead generation funnels (awareness > consideration > conversion)
- Basic understanding of target audiences, buyer roles, and decision‑making in B2B
Analytics & Data Thinking
- Confidence working with numbers and performance data
- Basic experience with Google Analytics (GA4 hardest) and other analytics tools
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear actions
