Junior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

As our Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll step into a role with purpose, growth, and measurable impact. You’ll join our Marketingteam, where your data-driven mindset and creative execution will help shape the success of our social media acquisition channels and directly fuel Carly’s mission to empower car owners worldwide. Your contributions to paid campaigns across different platforms will be trusted and celebrated — all in an environment that values authenticity, learning, and collaboration across borders.

Your responsibilities

• Support in optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok key target markets — from concept to execution.
• Test, analyze, and scale campaign structures, ad copy, creative, and bidding strategies to achieve revenue and ROAS goals.
• Monitor performance metrics daily, identifying trends and acting quickly to improve results and reduce risk.
• Report weekly on all owned KPIs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with company strategy.
• Collaborate closely with senior marketers and cross-functional teams to support new initiatives and experiment design.
• Support team members by sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative learning culture.

Your profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, across Meta and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn fast in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
• Collaborative communicator with a proactive mindset and growth attitude.
• Experience working in performance marketing within an app-based or subscription business.
• Familiarity with attribution models, A/B testing, or creative analysis.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus.
