Responsibilities

Introduce new production processes on state-of-the-art coating machines in close collaboration with the Research & Development department
Take responsibility for commissioning new plant technology and developing and implementing efficient process technologies
Analyse and optimise existing workflows to continuously improve productivity and quality in ongoing production
Further develop plant technology and provide technical support to ensure long-term stability and innovation
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Production

Profile

Degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Solid knowledge of process engineering or thermodynamics, as well as initial professional experience as a Process Engineer or in a comparable role
Technical expertise in mechanical engineering, drive technology, and energy technology
Proficient in AutoCAD and ideally other design or simulation tools
Fluent in German and good command of English for international collaboration
Strong coordination, teamwork, and communication skills combined with a high level of customer orientation
